Introducing Ocean Plastic Polyester Yarns
As the demand for sustainable material increases, we saw a prime opportunity to expand our portfolio of ocean plastics with the launch of our polyester yarn program. We’ve begun working with some of the best yarn extrusion suppliers in the world to create a compelling portfolio of recycled PET yarns from ocean plastics. Yarns are a unique foray into a number of product applications. PET yarns have been a commonplace material for the fashion community, and as the shift in consumer sentiment around plastics grows, the demand for sustainable fabrics increases. Oceanworks has positioned itself for the benefit of our environment and our customers to offer this material at scale.
